VivaReal CEO and co-founder Brian Requarth discussed with PropertyPortalWatch the risk of integrating Facebook comments and other social media tools into the Website.
He said people maintain courtesy since they are not anonymous, and pointed out that different uses appear in different countries: people in Brazil and Colombia are asking specific questions about property, so the tool becomes useful for the Realtor. Better property exposure and better branding are also a consequence, as property is shown in everybody’s Facebook wall. In this way VivaReal shows its commitment to innovation.
