Property Portal Watch, publication dedicated to reporting on real estate portals around the world has just named VivaReal their winner of Latin America. Property Portal Watch divides the awards into region and market maturity. Latin America is considered an early stage emerging market. We were highlighted for our innovative approach, specifically in the Brazilian market where we have combined traditional sales and marketing strategies along with presenting educational sessions to companies helping to establish VivaReal as a thought leader.
The entire team at VivaReal works extremely hard to build a user friendly online real estate experience for both consumers and real estate professionals so it’s a huge honor to win the award and we are excited for what 2011 brings. I think this is a great. I use the Viva Real website to post my listing and I am starting to see an increase in traffic comming for Buyers lookking to Buy homes in the Austin, Texas area. As a member of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals of Austin, I see a need for a location to offer our services to Buyers from other countries. We are here to help the Hispanic Community with there home buying and selling needs.
