VivaReal partners with HubBOG, moves dev team to coworking space

It’s official! VivaReal has joined HubBOG, Bogota’s first coworking office space. HubBOG combines entrepreneurship, education and coworking to create a synergistic environment that is sure to be the epicenter of technology and innovation in Colombia. It is a unique offering that provides office space as a service.
We are firm believers in working together and HubBOG caught our interest from the first time we heard about it. VivaReal looks forward to sharing ideas, getting inspiration from other really smart people and having fun while we work on building the best real estate portal in Colombia and Latin America.
There is definitely something to be said for working with other really bright, out-of-the-box thinkers. Guys like Alex Torrenegra, Leonardo Suarez and Rene Rojas bring a lot to this type of partnership. We look forward to working together to contribute what we can to the growing tech scene in Bogota and the rest of Colombia. HubBOG’s business model makes a lot of sense. It will bring value and guidance to startups at their humble beginnings or more developed companies that are looking for additional inspiration and don’t want to take on the responsibility of managing additional office space.
The office comes equipped with a stylish layout, comfortable chairs, a kitchen, lockers for co-workers, meeting rooms, two conference rooms, high speed internet and even a flat screen TV with a Wii hooked up! It is also worth mentioning the terrace on the top floor overlooking the city. There will undoubtedly be some fun parties up there. It is the perfect place for us to bring our work hard, play hard philosophy. VivaReal is excited to host future events and training sessions for real estate clients at the new facility.
