Recently, Thomas Floracks (my business partner) and I sat down on a Sunday to talk about what we believe in with respect to building this company. We didn’t do a mission statement. We came up with short phrases and sentences to try and live by every day. VivaReal is passionately committed to the ideals below.
  • Best ideas win
  • Challenge yourself, challenge your team, challenge everything
  • Adapt and overcome
  • There are no fixed concepts or best practices, just best solutions
  • Take a risk, make mistakes and learn from them
  • Don’t hesitate, take action!
  • Decide with data
  • Be obsessed with quality
  • Don’t run away from problems, meet them head on
  • Don’t do anything you think is stupid
  • Release fast, release often
  • Our customers have great ideas, listen
  • Build a better website and provide better customer service everyday
  • Never settle, stay hungry
  • Work with smart people
  • Respect competitors, but beat them in every way possible
  • It’s all about results
  • Celebrate your successes
  • Keep it fun
