After spending some time on improvements for VivaReal.net ur Latin America real estate listings site; we are happy to announce that we just added approximately 10.000 new properties to our already big listings database. This is another important step in or mission to deliver the best experience for consumers looking to buy or rent real estate in Central, South America and the Caribbean Islands. VivaReal.net, a real estate listing site has added 10,000 property listings. The most popular countries are Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama, but the site includes real estate listings in the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas as well as 13 other countries in the Americas.

“Finding a comprehensive database of property listings in Latin America is extremely difficult. In most places there is no MLS and those looking to buy real estate have limited options when comparing property listings. In the short term we will continue to aggregate listings building the ultimate destination site for those interested in buying or investing in Latin America real estate,” states Brian Requarth, the company’s founder.

The site is quickly gaining traction, doubling its traffic month over month. The company plans to begin selling subscription packages to real estate agents and brokers at the end of 2009. Currently the site is free to list your property allowing companies to piggyback the sites’ growing amount of daily visitors.

Baby boomers are discovered the lower cost of living, comfortable climate, affordable healthcare and good quality of life that many countries in Latin America offer. With quick flights from many international airports in the United States, flying to Mexico or Costa Rica takes about the same amount of time as flying from New York to Los Angeles.
