Real estate practitioners came from all over the United States to gather at this annual event. The convention featured different educational and informative courses on numerous topics relevant to the Hispanic real estate market. It was a great opportunity to network and learn more about this burgeoning market. During the convention NAHREP released an extremely insightful report about the Hispanic real estate market. The report is called The Potential of Hispanic Homeownership: Challenges and Opportunities and was written by Alejandro Becerra. Bilingual Marketing Group received the report prior to launch and was contracted to translate the document into Spanish. During the opening session at the convention Mr. Becerra happened to sit right next to me. We talked briefly about the report. He is a very jovial man with undeniable experience in the Hispanic market. If you have not yet read the report, I highly recommend it. It is the most comprehensive snap shot on the Hispanic real estate market to date. NAHREP Report.
